As u saw i recruited yesterday quite a lot of ppl....some of them i knew(friends)...some ex ET...some random...i hope i done the right thing to recruit them...btw...mihai...we shouldn't recruit ppl from academy for the moment cuz we won't have room after for the high lvl ppl(that we need)...for example...xaxa want's to invite 2-3 more friends of him...i want to invite a friend from arad (TH 70+ TOP A)....and we don't have room for them :-/

,or...we should conc more on the CRP for raising the clan lvl for more ppl....i don't know... :-(

I dont talking about frigi, cos he is friend, we (johner and me) support him and he play support char...

when we will make clan lvl6, we will move some ppl, high lvl, from clan to knights order and we will make some free slots for ppl who finished our academy.

yes they do...if this week they don'y pm us for one piece of invitation...i say to look for another ally...we can't play with 10 ppl on....we should ally and make some RB with the ally at least....to raise CRP :|....if we aren't able to do it by ourselves....if we would be at least 20 ppl on...we could very simple RB by ourselves...but it's not posible atm as i see....

Very well taught Johnier ...i like that u put it that way...it's the reality...and we must not be ashamed of that....cuz once we were a big respected clan...with active players...with RESPECTED players...now we are low rated clan :|...let's get the clan back up...and start doing it by making the clan lvl 6...cuz if clan is lvl 6...we can recruit more ppl....and will be better activity in clan....so it's vital to do this....altough...we should try to recruit more suport players...those are important players...all can raise DDs/NUKERS.....but support is a bit hard to raise...so we should recruit more support....and yes...we need someone to lead us.......we can't lead ourselves....it's a fact....it's not like...today i lead...tommorow Johnier...the day after tommorow papa ...and so on....we can't manage ourselves :| this is my opinion....i try my best to please all new players... but the best i can offer them is small partys in catac/toi...etc....nothin' worthy of what we used to be :-/

This is what i think so.....it's just my opinion...u musn't take it as granted... :unsure:

yes, we need more suport then DD/nukers .... we have an EE ... we have some suport but low lvl. tonight we will have an OL, spanu. tomorrow morning i'll kick some inactive players from clan to make some slots for suport.
and im sry, but i cant be too much online, i have a job and i need money to survive Smile

.... but i can be on in the night, 1-2 hours for chating, crafting and sometimes little-time partys when i'm not too tired to kill mobs. and i'll be on more time in the weekends.

i've talked with shogoHP and he said he should talk with his members and with duduia's members about us in ally and he will pm me about their discussion.

Agree with the clan need supporters high lvl, but i know i'm low lvl and i try lvl up.

I know at night clan have more partys but all know at night im in school.

Well Mihai...they should tell us asap,cuz we shouldn't stay allyless anymore.Dayly ppl ask me when do we join ally...if we're gonna join one ally...what ally...etc.
As u see we were better with ally...we had more activity and now that the clan is full....we should realy start the REAL business.....a business that involves CRPs(RB/active academy members/any metod to raise clan lvl).......if we raise clan lvl....we'll recruit more ppl...more support this time.....and we'll have more ppl online.......SO MORE ACTIVITY..in result...we'll be able to equip ourselves faster....and make better partys and stuff.
If Illegals and CoD doesn't agree to get us in ally....np....they're not the best ally on server.....so we can look for another...no one dies if we don't join them

There are times when i see ppl (actualy me 2) loging only for a fast party....and when they see that they don't have ppl with who to make it...they log off......so with ally will be more chances to make partys...and yes...more ppl online...i think :-)

i think that an ally will help us to find some parties but not all the time.
At the ocazie we have only a few wars and we can make xp very well.

We need to find and recruite ppl we know so they will stay and help the clan. It is wrong to recruite anyone who wants clan because most of them are noobs and leaves the clan from the first or second day(that makes me sad) because they cannot find party for xp!!!!!!!!(some of them were 6+ lvl and they didn't try to make xp by their own). We need ppl who will help the clan and not ppl who wants only to take and nothing to give.
We can find support chars and make parties and if we find enemies we will kill as many as we can 8-)

I'm trying to be 75 as soon as possible so i will add bishop as my new sub to help the clan.

P.S. sorry for my English but i left the school long time ago

)....but as u see there are few ppl that are looking forward to establish in a clan.......they all come and go like the wind.....so mabye we will find some.......but the main problem is in the clan .......we must learn to mobilize ourselves....nothin' else....

We need to organise better i think....we need reliable friends in clan who is willing to help and not to leave after 1-2 days.

This clan has a lot of potential...but something is missing :-)

We need 1-2 spoilers because we all need materials/parts/recipes etc.
We also need 3-4 active supports like se/pp. i think we have enough bd.

We need to start making parties for IT so we can make the q for s grade weapon recipes.And ketra for lvl5

At the momment i think that we are going better according parties, but we need to have 15+ ppl online every day and 30+ at weekends.

And mihai must expell some ppl who don't play or at least give them a warning.
