from today, we will make, sometimes, RBs with tracii. all drop go to katta and at every sunday we will split the drop.
if some of you will receive a PM from katta, all should make party and go at that RB, if i'm not on.

tracii, and maybe LOS soon, stopped the war with ET. they have war with ABS now. evo ally said they will help us at some epic RBs ... but dunno .... depends of SW if he is agree or not.... dunno if tracii will join ET.

who can be online after 7am ro time? because if we have 1 party and tracii 1 party we can do a lot RBs: shax has respawn around 8am, giran's RBs too, AQ today died at 7.45am. we can find a lot RBs online in the morning.

ok...i'm so mad, that i do not know how to start it.....tonight we were almoust 20 ppl that couldn't make a 1 party Raid boss...WHY?????..u all blame the ones who soed..i would have soed too if i had one (but i didn't), so, no, it's not their fault, it's because u DO NOT READ THE F**** CHAT! it take more then half an hour to gather there, i keep asking who were the partyleaders to know what every party has, and what doesn't, but no answer, i told u the location and so did Cruela some times, but always was somedody that asked ...where do we go???...because they were to lazy to read what i already said before. pls DO READ WHAT PPL SAY ON PARTY OR CLAN CHAT and answer!!!! those who know me from more time, know that i get angry very rarely, but this time u pissed me off very very hard...we acted like noobish lvl20 players at their first Raid...i'm sure that any other party of "nonfactors" how we call them( even we are not far away from them) wouldn't have the cooperation problems that we had. We are a CLAN ppl, so we have to act like one,like a team, but if u do not understand i keep talking alone cause nobody listens. :-/

PS @xeno don't u ever hit me like that especially when i am angry cause i will not stop the next time.

Next time we must make parties at CH and then we go to RB.
For example, I never saw a nuker party without a SE and that was one of the things that made our parties fail. As result of that, the RB was half life and no nuker had mp.

I hope you learned something with today mistakes. As shala said, we are a clan, so team work is imperative. If one fails, everyone fails... that's what happened today.

Seriously... there I was, just back from dinner... and everyone was fighting on @chat, either cuz some weren't there... or some couldn't hit the RB... or whatever..

Shala gives me party (a good efficient nuker party), and in 2min i get to the RB, Arisca is no where to be seen (cuz apparently no one explained her that she had to go thru the Coli TP or whatever)... so not her fault, cuz I know that she tries to the best she can to help everyone.

And while we wait for her to appear, Kal and Miraj soe...

AND then!... it's decided to do the RB anyway... without empower/recharge (It was @ this point that I put a bsoe on the shortcut bar lol)

Now... my question is... if you didn't want to wait for Arisca, why didn't the SWS tanked?

And the party's were well made... you just needed to see who was there, DD's had bishop, tank and PP... we had the nukers, EM, se, wc, and OL...

Only thing was that Jack and Kuru (i think) were without party (which was said more than once)

The problem was that no one stepped up to the job of tanking the RB (I wasn't there @ the time and when i got there, everyone was @ each others throats) and by the time that Papa arrived with Arisca, "The Soe'ing" already had happened.

And don't worry, this is not a one time/one clan thing... this can happen anytime, anywhere, even with a uber-pro-clan... (Kinda reminded me the times where one of my former clan leader quit Dex to go on Retail (prolly Papa remembers it... i know that Qetesh does lol)

People just need to be a bit more... well... let's say patient, and not say "F... It" if something is going bad. Do it like me

Shala is right, and that's what makes me soe at that RB. We were like 20 ppl there, had no clue about how parties were made. I was not member of any party, even at the RB.
Everything was chaotic, and we lost a lot of time there for a one party RB discussing pointless things...
There was a lot of discussion about who tanks, cos kura could not tank for minors. We could have done minors with a BD (UD). And while we were arguing, those freewill 1 party dudes sent DA to start RB...
My suggestion would be to let tank from the start to make his party for needed support, and to have somebody coordinating all the parties, like Cruela, Papa, Franta, Johnie, Shala. No disrespect for fighters, but the RB experience for them is limited, as RB are made mostly in nuker party.

Anyway, i was to blame by some ppl (or all) for leaving, and i take responsibility for this...but i don't think that we will learn to play together outside some "shock therapy"...But i left the RB area, i did not left any party, after maybe 5-8 minutes i get there. I'm sure for now at any RB we will have the right tank party and will be able to organize better.
And maybe would be nice if all ppl in a party will go together in a place, not to have ppl not knowing how to get there. We still have war, and there are high chances to meet some enemy going for a RB.
I encourage all to express their feling on private msg to me (if some curses involved) i don't mind, and here to put our RB experience, RB we know that die in a certain configuration to maximize drop, etc. Even a small post in wich to say "I was not at so many RB higher than 70, i will participate and trust whoever coordinate parties".

I appologize to Synn for "stfu", but i got angry after "ty for letting us get killed and u are responsible for this" attitude.
U realized u need some recharger after i left, not before. i was there all the time, and the chaos amazed me...was beyond any reason and control.

The root of the problem is that when mihai is not online or he is afk noone listen to noone or better say noone has his autority and ppl don't listen to pl/clanmates .

One of my role in a clan is to buff (mage's because of no crit damage buff [not yet at least] ) and when i did tell on clan that I'm starting to buff because my clan bufs ware vanis and so of yours [more than one time] 3 mages ware near me from the rest . That's why I soed and because of chaos.

Cruela was "shouting" on clan chat and tryed to organise things but seems noone/fey listen to her.[nice effort cru ]

If someone has something to say to me do so .

WE need to designate a substitute cl when mihai is not on one who can/will organise things and has the same autority/respect or else will be a chaos like last night until will learn to play as a team.

sorry if I failed again... but I arrived there and make the RB... but only superfreak give me heals... and her mana it is not infinit, anh i have 25 HP..
and my luck daly (or kuracka dont remember :X) make agro and take rb :-/

i think we nedd start make partys in ch and go for RB's Smile

In my opinion, we had a good party for kill skylancer but fault one SE.

I try make my best, but my mp go away very fast,i know i'm low level but i dont refuse anything, any party or something, because we are a clan, a good clan and we need work with groups and not alone.

I like very much be a S&M member, and if anyone need a bishop, i be there to help that member.

In next raid boss we go make a good job.

no, you don't need a coCL IMO .... you need to trust eachother and in time you will see who can organize the clan, i mean who can lead you when im not on, and who cant.
you can make partys in the way to RB. if you will make partys in CH, i think you will waste some time and maybe you will loose the RB. almost clans have a problem with wasting time. we must learn how to move fast (see Tracii).
do not waiting invitation in a party, just tell on clan chat and always comunicate if you dont have suport in your party.
always the tank must be in party with healer (bishop) and SE ----> mag party.

PS. kuracka must lvl up quickly his SE. i'm trying to recruit SE/EE but no luck yet :(

YES it all is only about organisation and all of us must listen one person who is organising the RB!!!!! Lats time i was with clan on RB there was one person who thought that he is best char and needs best party and his party was made from 3 ppl, he needed BD and COV etc. WTF its not baou t XP its about drops for clan, and if some players dont accept it so get out!

So pls try to listen some serious person who is organising RB and do his orders! Its for clan!
